(More customer reviews)This is the vacuum that I use at work. I am a middle school custodian and I use it on 15 area rugs (10x8) and two hall runners every night. Our school district has found that these vacuums have about a 4-5 yr. shelf life, which when you consider the frequent use, it's pretty good. If there is any down side, it's that we have to replace the belt every other month. Again, when you consider the use, pretty good.
