(More customer reviews)This product worked for about 30 seconds before self destructing.Pieces of plastic and screws broke and came loose internally and were sucked into the motor housing where they broke off several of the internal metal fan blades.After I fished out several pieces of twisted metal and fragments of plastic I contacted the supplier.Because shipping had cost over $100 (to Canada) I sent numerous photos and a detailed description of the damage and broken pieces requesting replacement parts, but the the North American supplier (there is only one) insisted that the unit would have to be shipped back for a refund (another $100).I don't think there are spare parts or replacement units.This is a European product with non-existent North American support so don't waste your money.I am out over $500 and I still have to pay for shipping back to the US in order to get a partial refund of my investment.CAVEAT EMPTOR!Spend a few bucks more and buy something locally so you will have some support.
